Prime Landscaping & Snow Removal, LLC
Prime Landscaping is a full-service landscape design and build company based in Park City, Utah. One designer handles your project from the first sketch through installation, so you’re working with a single point of contact from start to finish.
Founder Daniel Chavez grew up in a family of landscapers and started Prime on his own in 2019, right here in Park City. Since then we’ve grown our crews and expanded across major Utah municipalities, adding excavation, demolition, trucking, and hauling in 2021, along with our own nursery for rock, mulch, and plant material. What began as a landscaping company is now a full-service outdoor partner: design, build, maintenance, and snow removal, all under one roof.
Our team brings over 30 years of combined experience to every property, and every landscaper on staff is fully licensed and insured. Still family-run, still Park City based, still hands-on with every job.

The Landscaper & CEO
Daniel founded Prime in 2019 on a working belief about landscaping in the Wasatch. Design, build, and stewardship belong with one team, on one property, across every season. That principle has shaped every hire, every truck, and every project since. Today he leads a studio of designers, foremen, and crews working across Park City, Salt Lake, and the surrounding counties.
