We’re a Park City design studio. Our crews build hardscape across Summit, Wasatch, and Salt Lake counties — properties shaped by 20+ years of work along the Wasatch Front and an on-site nursery’s worth of material we already know how to specify.

Materials We Specify
The right stone for one property is the wrong stone for another. Specification starts with the climate, the architecture of the home, and how the surface will be used.
We work in natural stone (flagstone, quartzite, granite, sandstone), full-thickness slab, concrete and porcelain pavers, dimensional cut stone, and brick. Our on-site nursery functions as a living archive of material we already know how to specify for the Wasatch Front. We know which stones survive twenty freezes, which sealers actually work at this altitude, and which finishes hold their color when the sun hits them at 7,000 feet.

A lasting hardscape is the work of three disciplines done in order. We treat each one as its own act of the build, not a phase to rush through.

Caring for Stone Across the Seasons
Hardscape isn’t done when the install is finished. Mortar joints flex. Sealers wear. Snow loads test retaining walls. Spring runoff finds the lowest line on the property.
The crew that built your patio is the crew that comes back to look after it. We re-seal stone on the cycle the material needs, inspect joints and walls before the first hard freeze, and adjust drainage when the seasons shift. The same team. Every year. For as long as you own the property.
