We’re a Park City design studio, and our crews plow across Summit, Wasatch, and Salt Lake counties — properties that see 150 to 200 inches of snow a season in town, and more on the benches above it.
Year-round means year-round. The same team that designs and looks after a Prime property is the team that clears it in January. We already know the site — where the drainage runs, where ice forms, which surfaces we built and how to protect them.

How We Respond
We don’t wait for the call. For the properties on our snow service, the response starts with the forecast.
When a storm is coming, our crews are scheduled before the first flake. We track accumulation through the night and dispatch on triggers matched to the property, so the drive and the walks are clear by the time you need them — not hours after. For most clients, the first they know of a storm being handled is an already-cleared property.
That is the whole point of snow service from the team that already knows the site: you don’t manage it. We handle it.
Equipment and Crews
Snow in the Wasatch is its own discipline, and our crews run equipment built for it — plow trucks, loaders, and the hand tools for the places machines can’t reach. The same foremen who build Prime properties through the summer run the routes through the winter, which means the person clearing your drive knows where the irrigation heads sit, where the stone edge is under the snow, and where the ice tends to form.

Park City, Heber, Midway, Salt Lake County, Summit County, Wasatch County, and select properties across the Wasatch Front. Snowfall and ice behave differently on either side of the divide — different accumulation, different timing, different freeze patterns — and the response changes with it.

Is snow removal available on its own, or only with a maintenance plan?

How quickly do you respond after a storm?
We respond before the storm, not just after. For properties on our snow service, crews are scheduled off the forecast and dispatch on accumulation triggers, so drives and walks are clear by the time you need them.
Will plowing and de-icing damage my patio or concrete?
Not when the crew knows the property. Our teams clear the surfaces we built using methods and de-icing products chosen to protect stone, pavers, and concrete — avoiding the harsh chemicals that shorten the life of hardscape.
Do you clear walkways and steps, or just the driveway?
Both. We clear the drive, the walks, the entries, and the steps — including the access points a plow can’t reach, by hand where needed. The aim is a property that’s safe to move through, not just a cleared driveway.
Who actually shows up — a subcontractor or your team?
